Who receives your data?
Only Growt.Consulting and its technical processors: OVH (hosting, France) and Calendly LLC (scheduling, United States). We never sell or rent your data.
Transfers outside the EU
Calendly is based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and instructions on what happens to your data after your death. Write to contact@growt.consulting. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Security
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it, and we choose providers with appropriate security guarantees.
